Have you ever heard the expression “Ya gotta want it bad enough?” This isn’t about “forcing” it’s about having the knowing deep in your heart that “This is for me.”

No matter how long it takes, no matter how many obstacles occur along the way, no matter how many rejections or how many people judge you, you keep listening to what your heart is showing you.

Have you ever been in LOVE and you would do anything to be with this person, at least at the beginning? Ya didn’t care if it made you uncomfortable or not because the “want/desire” for your lover was so much greater then anything? I’ve been there, I drove an hour each way, every day to see the woman I was in LOVE with and I hate driving in LA.

Imagine being the same way that you felt when you were in LOVE for the first time and apply that experience to achieving your heartfelt dreams and no matter what happens in the world of appearances, you stay true to what your heart’s showing you.

No one can make us do anything that we don’t want to do. We’ll either find a way or we’ll find an excuse. Most often the excuse comes from secondary gain. What does this mean? Whatever we’re doing is serving us, even though it’s not what we “say” we want. For example; smoking, taking drugs, drinking alcohol, giving up on what we want, etc.

When I struggled with anorexia, exercise addiction, depression, being suicidal and taking drugs for over 30 years, I held on tight because there was a strong internal fight. I wanted to get “better” but at the same time it was serving me to stay the same, it’s how I got LOVE and attention in this earthly game.

It wasn’t until I made a commitment to BEing happy, healthy and loving myself unconditionally and notice what was going on internally that I was able to change.

However, it didn’t happen overnight and there was a strong internal fight. I sat through my anxiety, panic and fears, my body sweated, my heart raced, I cried many tears and experienced a lot of fear. But no matter what I wouldn’t exercise or starve and hurt my body. I also did the inner work to heal the my past wounds and hurt.

Eventually I started feeling okay, I trained myself to BE in a whole new way. Was it easy, heck no, was it worth it, YES!
Many people don’t have insurance coverage, or their present levitra uk icks.org coverage doesn’t cover the full cost of medications.

As far as the depression, that was created from lack of expression, from not allowing my energy to flow. I also had so much anger, resentment and sadness inside and these energy blockages made me feel bad and I wanted to hide.

Healing, moving towards our goals and dreams, whatever we want to be seen will have it’s challenges as well as blessings. We gotta BE all in to win. We gotta have a made up mind that no matter what comes our way, we can handle it today and keep listening to what our heart has to say.

Our heart knows our truth, it knows what’s right for me and you. Our mind plays tricks, it judges by appearances it see’s through the lens of past hurts, wounds, beliefs, conditioning and what we’ve already experienced and achieved.

Many people give up too soon, especially when it gets messy. Enjoy the messy, enjoy the fun, enjoy it all, play as if it’s a game, otherwise you’ll go insane.

When we make peace with the parts of us inside that we wanted to run from and hide and we LOVE and embrace ourselves unconditionally, this my LOVES is what sets us free.

Will we still have challenges, yes, it’s how we learn and grow, but it’s really not about the challenge per sey, it IS about how we relate to ourselves while going through the issue that’s the issue, get it?

You CAN do this, I’m over here cheering ya on, I believe in you and I LOVE YOU
