There’s a lot of talk around healing trauma lately, why? Because it’s probably the most important part of the journey. We’re not free until we heal the inner debris.

Many of us are at war inside and we don’t know why. The was is because of the trauma hurt and pain we’re carrying that we try to hide and run away from daily through distraction, being busy or using substances like food, drugs, alcohol or smoking.

Sure we can manifest things, be successful according to the worldly ideas of what success means and look good to other human beings, but that doesn’t mean we’re truly happy or free from our internal hurt and pain.

Many of us try to “bypass” our uncomfortable feelings by thinking a better thought or ignoring, we use medication to soothe our depression or anxiety, but and this is a BIG BUT, those symptoms are our tickets to our healing, those are the tender parts of us that need some loving.

If we’re always “running away” and not listening to what our symptoms have to say, we’re never really going to be free or experience true inner peace.

Childhood trauma isn’t just about physical abuse, it’s about neglect and having parents that were emotionally or physically unavailable and didn’t take care of our needs.

It can also be that we weren’t allowed to express/experience our emotions and authenticity, so instead we took care of everyone else (people pleasing) and neglected ourselves in order to be LOVED and accepted.

We talk about acceptance and non judgment and many people use that in a way, to not look at what needs their attention today. Notice when you tell yourself what you want to hear in order to avoid your inner shame and facing/healing your trauma, hurt and pain.

If we’re drinking alcohol, smoking, over eating or doing any other thing that numbs our hurt and pain, and we say I’m not gonna judge myself for doing these things. Okay, don’t judge, make peace with the “Grudge” but do be honest with yourself and how you’re taking care of your body and your health.

All those things we do to numb our hurt and pain are survival mechanisms to cope with our past trauma that happened when we were little beings. Coping isn’t healing, get it? Hey, maybe you don’t want to heal today, that’s okay, it’s your life eh?

I know for me, I came here to be free from lifetimes of hurt and pain, this is my path, not only to help myself be free, but to also assist other beautiful souls, who want to experience the LOVE and light of their “inner glow.”

Life is amazing and gets even better every day, when peace and LOVE is flowing through our body glove, and this happens when we heal the inner debris by forgiving, by bringing compassion, LOVE and understanding to our trauma, hurt and pain and LOVEing and accepting ourselves unconditionally.

Hey, are we totally free when we do the healing? I can’t say this is true for everyone, I can say that I’m more free today, as I’ve healed a lot of trauma hurt and pain. Healing comes in layers, there’s so much more underneath the first “feeling and revealing.”

Many people will judge how free you are by how much you have or what you do, but remember, that can be a way of escape/coping/survival mechanism too.

A free soul shines from the light of their inner glow. Sure, they can manifest things and be a “successful being” but that’s not a “priority”

What is a priority is to be free internally, make a difference in humanity, LOVE and accept ourselves and others unconditionally and flow with our souls loving energy.

The path of healing takes a lot of courage and you CAN do it, for me, it was priority as I know I take my consciousness with me, everything else stays in this earthly reality.

You’re a beautiful, lovable and valuable being, you deserve to BE happy and free, enjoy your life journey, share your gifts with humanity and FEEL peace, joy and LOVE flowing through your body, you are worth it and YOU ARE LOVED, you’re a gift sent from heaven above.

LOVEIng you beautiful souls
